Andrea was a plethora of knowledge and experience in the medical field. She was very thorough in the material and hands on part of the class. I recently completed the Adult/Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid hybrid course through Wicked Safety Training and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The online classroom portion was convenient and easy to follow, and the in-person skills session was outstanding. Our instructor, Andrea, brought over 15 years of emergency room nursing experience to the class, and it truly showed in both her knowledge and teaching ability. She explained everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with the material and hands-on skills. You can tell she genuinely cares about teaching people the correct techniques and helping students understand real-world emergency situations. I learned a tremendous amount from this course and would highly recommend Wicked Safety Training to anyone looking for CPR/AED/First Aid certification through the Red Cross.

She was a great instructor, and I left the class feeling confident and capable. As someone getting recertified, I appreciated learning about how things had changed and about new things I had not learned in past courses. She was passionate and very well informed about the topics. The training equipment is also worth noting! Very well maintained, and the light-up features I found very helpful, and were not something I had seen before. I also purchased one of the CPR portable safety barriers they had for sale, and appreciated that they were available. Overall, I would absolutely recommend getting certified here :)
